100% Arabica coffee, made from varieties such as Castillo, Colombia, Cenicafé 1, Caturro, and select blends. It is a medium-roast coffee, ideal for drip brewing and espresso machines.

Varietals Coffee Covar

A special line for those seeking more exclusive sensory experiences. We work with varietals such as Geisha, Pink Bourbon, and Sidra, available by special order.

Green coffee
